Each partner picks their own attorney. Your client chooses you from the attorneys licensed in their state and books an open slot on the calendar you connect.

You get the draft
Download the starting agreement as an editable Word file before you meet. It’s built from questions James Sexton designed, so you start from a structured draft, not a blank page.
- Step 3
One-hour video consult
Walk your client through the agreement and give your advice. Their partner has their own attorney.
- Step 4
Upload the final and sign
Upload the final agreement, sign your review certificate in the portal, and your fee is paid out automatically.
